At ALLSTATES Property Management each landlord client is paired with a property manager that will handle everything from marketing the property for lease to moving the tenant out after the lease ends, and everything in between. For example, your property manager will be the one that meets with you either in person or zoom to talk about our programs and services, shows your property to prospective tenants, does the move-in and move-out on your investment property. Most of our competitors use a departmental style system, wherein most of the processes just mentioned would be handled by different people-oftentimes people that you will never meet or interact with personally. When necessary we have a boots on the ground style approach when it comes to management. We have another team that handles the lease, rent collection, legal, accounting, notices and all other pertinent things on your rental. So in other words you are more than taken care of when it comes to your investment.
