Security Deposit of $500.00 is due upon booking. Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The $500.00 deposit is refundable within 14 days after you vacate, less the cleaning fee of $150.00
No smoking is permitted indoors or outdoors on the premises.
1 small dog is allowed with a pet security deposit of $200.00. Refundable within 14 days after you vacate, unless the pet has caused any damage. Then deposit will not be refunded.
Final payment is due 30 days from booking and is only refundable if home is re-rented for the same period and rate.
Unless other arrangements are made, check-in is at 3:00 pm on the first day of rental and check-out is at 10:00 am on the last day of rental.
