– Lease Term: 12 months.
– Rent: payable on the 5th of each month.
– Security Deposit: 1,000 due upon signing the lease
– Utilities: All utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, garbage collection, etc.) are to be paid by the tenant. The tenant is responsible for setting up and maintaining all utility accounts in their name within three (3) days of move-in. Failure to do so may result in penalties or lease termination.
